Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese on one tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries.
  5. Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  7. Carefully place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
