Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the hulled strawberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, mixing until well combined.
- Fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Using a spoon, dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Using a piping bag, fill each chocolate-covered strawberry with the strawberry cream mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use semi-sweet chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
- These chocolates can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor.
