Description

Delicious and easy-to-make strawberry crunch cheesecake bites perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fill each muffin cup with the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust.
  7. Sprinkle strawberry crunch topping over each cheesecake bite.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
