Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecake treats with a crunchy strawberry topping, perfect for spring celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to form a crust mixture.
  4. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  5. Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture and top with crushed strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top for added crunch.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
