Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to form a crust mixture.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
- Fill each crust with the cheesecake mixture and top with crushed strawberries.
- Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top for added crunch.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
