Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or pan.
- Prepare the strawberries, ensuring they are chopped and ready to go.
- Mix the strawberry cake mix with the ingredients as directed on the box.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut if using.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
