Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pre-made tart shell in a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, and fresh thyme leaves.
  4. Drizzle honey over the strawberry mixture and gently toss to combine.
  5. Fill the baked tart shell with the strawberry and feta mixture.
  6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  7. Return the tart to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
