- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the pre-made tart shell in a tart pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, and fresh thyme leaves.
- Drizzle honey over the strawberry mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Fill the baked tart shell with the strawberry and feta mixture.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
- Return the tart to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
