Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, then fold in the flour and chopped strawberries.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
  8. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and dust with powdered sugar.
