Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries and vanilla extract to the tea.
  5. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.

Notes
