- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked noodles, meatballs, and sauce mixture. Stir to combine.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
