  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup.
