Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir well.
  5. Add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweet chili sauce.
