Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir well.
- Add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweet chili sauce.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
