  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
