- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

- For extra heat, add more hot sauce to the marinade.
