- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet along with the sauce mixture and toss to combine.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the level of sriracha to control the spiciness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting any meat.
