  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet along with the sauce mixture and toss to combine.
  7. Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of sriracha to control the spiciness.
