  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until fully combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  8. Using a knife, swirl the mixture to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
