Description
A delicious homemade version of the popular Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, featuring layers of seasoned beef, beans, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow package instructions.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on two tortillas.
- Top with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Place another tortilla on top of each and repeat the layering process.
- Place the assembled pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and taco sauce.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with lentils or additional beans.
- Can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
