- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Place the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each cup with the seasoned beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
