  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/2 cup taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  4. Place the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each cup with the seasoned beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
