Instructions

  3. Take a mini tortilla and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  4. Add shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions on top.
  5. Fold the tortilla and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
