- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package of mini tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet, combine the cooked ground beef and taco seasoning over medium heat.
- Once heated, remove from heat and stir in the ranch dressing.
- Take a mini tortilla and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
- Add shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions on top.
- Fold the tortilla and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
