Description

Delightful Taco Ranch Bites featuring savory beef, zesty ranch dressing, and melted cheese on a crispy tortilla chip base.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Combine the seasoned beef, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese in a mixing bowl.
  5. Layer the crushed tortilla chips in a baking dish, followed by the beef mixture.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese, diced tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
