Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth, and water.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
