Description

Delicious and fun appetizer cups made with tater tots, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a muffin tin, place tater tots and press them down to form cups.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and fill each cup with cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
