Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove the tater tots from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  4. Using the back of a spoon, create a small cup shape in the center of each tater tot.
  5. Fill each cup with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream on the side for dipping.
