- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the Swiss steak with salt and pepper, then brown it in the skillet on both sides.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until they are soft.
- Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, then add Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the steak is tender.
