- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
