  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Thai basil, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the rolls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
