- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves, allowing them to wilt slightly.
- Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
- Lay the soaked wrapper on a clean surface.
- Spoon a small amount of the meat mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling, then roll from the bottom, tucking tightly as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Serve the rolls with your choice of dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce or a soy-based dip.
