  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes until tender.
  5. Push the shrimp and vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  6. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
