  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the broccoli mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
  5. If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
