Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cheese, green onions, cranberry sauce, and beaten egg.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  5. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
