- 4 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, cheese, green onions, cranberry sauce, and beaten egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Thanksgiving leftovers!
Notes
- Feel free to add other leftover vegetables or spices to the mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
