A delicious way to use Thanksgiving leftovers with turkey and cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey with cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Top with Swiss cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your sliders!
