Description
A delicious way to use Thanksgiving leftovers with turkey and cranberry sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey with cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Top with Swiss cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your sliders!
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like lettuce or pickles.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
