Instructions

- Using a small cookie scoop, form the cheesecake mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in the remaining crushed Oreo cookies to coat.
- Place the coated cheesecake bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
