- 1 whole turkey (12-14 pounds)
- 2 cups of stuffing
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix the stuffing with melted butter and chicken broth until moist.
- Stuff the turkey with the prepared stuffing and secure the opening with kitchen twine.
- Rub the turkey with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting it every 30 minutes with its own juices.
- Remove the foil in the last hour of cooking to allow the skin to brown.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part of the thigh.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving. Serve with cranberry sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.

- Ensure the turkey is fully thawed before cooking.
- For extra flavor, add chopped onions and celery to the stuffing.
