- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to form sandwiches.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters or desired shapes.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
