Ingredients

- 1 package of tortellini (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- These snacks can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
