Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
