A fun and delicious twist on traditional nachos using crispy tater tots as the base.
Ingredients

- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
- Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tater tots until golden and crispy, as per package instructions.
- Remove the tater tots from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, green onions, avocado, and salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your totchos!
Notes
- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preferences.
- For a spicier version, add more jalapeños or hot sauce.
- These can be made vegetarian by omitting any meat toppings.
