A fun and delicious twist on traditional nachos using crispy tater tots as the base.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the tater tots until golden and crispy, as per package instructions.
  4. Remove the tater tots from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the cheese.
  6. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, green onions, avocado, and salsa.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your totchos!

Notes
