- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the shredded turkey and thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
