Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, spinach, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for a few more minutes.
