  • 2 pounds of crab legs
  • 2 pounds of mussels
  • 1 pound of andouille sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Water, enough to fill a large pot
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and garlic to the boiling water.
  3. Add the andouille sausage and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add the crab legs and mussels, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drain the pot and transfer the seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter.
  8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
