- 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined
- 2 pounds of crab legs
- 2 pounds of mussels
- 1 pound of andouille sausage, sliced
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Water, enough to fill a large pot
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and garlic to the boiling water.
- Add the andouille sausage and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add the crab legs and mussels, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the pot and transfer the seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
