Delicious and festive cookie cups perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Hershey’s hugs or kisses for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Press the dough balls down to form cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s hug or kiss into the center of each cookie cup.
- Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin.
