- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles (preferably heart-shaped)
- 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract, sprinkles, and crushed sugar cookies. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a more festive look, use different colored sprinkles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
