Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Preheat the pizzelle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Drop a tablespoon of batter onto the center of each pizzelle mold and close the lid.
  7. Cook for about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
  8. Remove the pizzelles and let them cool on a wire rack.
