- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Preheat the pizzelle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Drop a tablespoon of batter onto the center of each pizzelle mold and close the lid.
- Cook for about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
- Remove the pizzelles and let them cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, increase the cocoa powder to 1/3 cup.
- Store pizzelles in an airtight container to maintain their crispness.
- These cookies can be served plain or dusted with powdered sugar.
