- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc with a slight well in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool completely inside.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread it over the pavlova.
- Top with diced pineapple and passion fruit pulp before serving.
