  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil or vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  4. Add the melted coconut oil or vegan butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
