Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté the bell peppers and tomatoes until soft.
  2. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. Layer the spinach, bean mixture, and avocado on each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
