Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fruit jam (your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares, approximately 4×4 inches.
- Place a teaspoon of fruit jam in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the square towards the center to create a love letter shape.
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any fruit jam you prefer.
- These pastries can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
