Description

A creamy and flavorful dish that combines Velveeta cheese with penne pasta and a spicy Cajun beef Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and Velveeta cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Mix in the cooked penne pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
