- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and Velveeta cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Mix in the cooked penne pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
