Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink perfect for spring desserts, infused with the delicate flavor of lavender.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and lavender sprigs for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves and dried lavender buds together to release their flavors.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice and simple syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender mixture over the ice.
  4. Top off each glass with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with lime slices and lavender sprigs.
