- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves and dried lavender buds together to release their flavors.
- Add the fresh lime juice and simple syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender mixture over the ice.
- Top off each glass with club soda and stir gently to combine.
