- 1/2 cup goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the chopped walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Once the walnuts are toasted, let them cool slightly and then mix them into the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh fruit.

- For a sweeter flavor, add more maple syrup to taste.
