Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with cinnamon and half of the brown sugar.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and salt.
- Pour melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
