- ¼–½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Juice of ½ a fresh lemon
- 1 tsp honey (or stevia, monk fruit, erythritol, or allulose)
- Optional: a few crushed raspberries or a splash of unsweetened cranberry juice
Instructions
- Stir the pink salt into water until it dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and honey (or sweetener).
- If using raspberries, muddle and strain before adding.
- Pour over ice and enjoy chilled.
