- 2 cups of chow mein noodles
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chow mein noodles, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixture and gently stir until everything is well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the haystacks cool and harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
